Within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Esenler Municipality, and the Ministry of Industry and Technology, İt is aimed to determine the issues to be taken as a basis for smart city application areas in urban transformation activities to be carried out within the boundaries of Esenler district and to carry out exemplary practices for the strategies and actions included in the 2019-2022 National Smart City Strategy and Action Plan in cooperation between the parties.
In this context, as the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, we continue to work with Esenler Municipality and the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
As a result of the evaluations made by our Ministry, smart city applications that need infrastructure planning and that need to be implemented in accordance with the planning and construction process of the region have been determined. Other practices determined in the studies carried out with the parties to the protocol are the practices that can be implemented by the Esenler Municipality with the activation of the region.
