What is Smart Counter System?

It is a payment system based on the calculation of the water usage amounts of the subscriptions and the payment of the usage fee in advance. A number of subscriber cards are defined. These cards can borrow any amount of credit from the subscription credit centers (Cashiers, AVS, Kiosks). When the smart card is read a few times, these credits that have been loaded on the card are passed through.

When the credit is over, the meter closes the valve. When the subscriber card is reinserted several times, the backup credit card is loaded and the valve is opened. In this way, you can use water as much as your subscriber’s loan amount and at the same time you will be warned to buy the loan.

They can upload to their credit cards from credit loading points (kiosk) outside working hours.

As the meter reading can be read from both displays, the electronic display can see consumption, balance, debt, credit price penalty and battery status information.

This information is transferred to the system via subscriber card. In the event of a number of interventions, the counter records the intervention date and switches to its suspended status and automatically closes the valve and waits for intervention by authorized personnel.

How to Perform a Credit Loading Process?

Subscription smart cards can be credited from ASKI Central and District Branches and Kiosks. When the smart card is approached a few times and the button is pressed, these credits are transferred to the card. In this case, the amount of “LOADED” message is displayed on the LCD screen.

The water meter closes the valve if the loaded culture is finished. When the subscriber card plugs in again, the credit card is loaded and the valve is opened. This way your subscriber will be able to use as much water as your backup loan, and at the same time you will be warned to buy credit. As the meter reading can be read from both monitors, the electronic display can see consumption, balance, debt, credit price penalty and battery status information. This information is transferred to the system via subscriber card.
