What is Smart Counter System?
It is a payment system based on the calculation of the water usage amounts of the subscriptions and the payment of the usage fee in advance. A number of subscriber cards are defined. These cards can borrow any amount of credit from the subscription credit centers (Cashiers, AVS, Kiosks). When the smart card is read a few times, these credits that have been loaded on the card are passed through.

How to Perform a Credit Loading Process?
